I have the fondest memories of spending my summers on Lake Nebagamon while I was growing up. We would spend the whole summer either water skiing, swimming, canoeing down the Brule River, camping, golfing, working at my Dad's Bar (Bridge's) or just hanging out.
Lake Nebagamon is a very special place to everyone who has been lucky enough to spend some time there. The words that come to mind to describe it are: beautiful, peaceful, clean, friendly, quiet and did I say Peaceful? The lake is fairly large at 950 acres and you can always enjoy water skiing, fishing or boating without alot of boat traffic. That is not something you can find on a lake in the Northeast where I live now.
In recent years I have been able to share this wonderful place with my two children. They too have fallen in love. So, in 2004 we were thrilled to be presented with the opportunity to buy this little peace of heaven.
After purchasing The Cottage, we have worked hard to create the inviting, cozy Cottage it is now. In the two bedrooms, we have Full over Full bunkbeds with twin trundles. This allows you to sleep 10 people in the bedrooms if you don't want to use the common areas. We put two full futons in the beautiful knotty pine Breezeway room and there are couches in the living room and Huge storm porch. There is also a full futon in the Sauna house.
The house consists of two bedrooms, living room/dining room, breezway room, huge enclosed storm porch, one full bathroom, separate toilet room, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot etc... There is also a separate sauna house with a full futon, table, 1/2 bath and a shower inside the large sauna.
Outside there is a large wrap around deck, grill, huge yard, firepit, picnic tables, dock, rowboat, kayak, beach toys for kids and a nice sandy private beach.
If you are interested in creating your own wonderful memories, please contact us for availability.
Thank you,
