Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.  There is a two day minimum on Daily rentals.

Jan. 1 - May 29 - $950/wk or $160/day 

May 29 - June 26- $1,100/wk

June 26 - July 17 - $1,800/wk

July 17 - Aug. 28 - $1,300/wk

Aug. 28 - Dec. 31 - $950/wk or $160/day

In order to hold your reservation a damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required.  The deposit converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.  The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided there is no damage.

50% of the rental rate is required (60) days before arrival and the balance is due (14) days before your arrival.

• The inside of the Cottage is NON-SMOKING. 
• Pets are only allowed if there is a pre-arrangement and requires a $200 pet fee plus a $100 additional damage/reservation deposit.
• Between October through May the Sauna House is closed.
• The main house has central air and heat (not including the Storm Porch and Breezeway)
• A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.  Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation.
• The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.  An additional charge of $50.00 per person for guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed.
• Rates include a one-time linen-towel set-up.  This will include pillows, sheets and blankets for each bed and a bath towel for each guest.  We suggest you bring beach towels and extra bath towels and washcloths
• While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate; however it is available at an additional rate.
